I build small things
and write honest ones.
Me. Independent builder, occasional writer. Based somewhere quiet.

Silencell started because I needed a place that wasn't trying to be anything other than what it was. No category. No angle. No content calendar. Just writing when something felt worth saying, and building when something felt worth making.
I spent a couple of years chasing the wrong version of success — pitch decks, runway conversations, investor calls that went nowhere. Quitting that was the most productive thing I ever did. What followed was smaller, quieter, and a lot more honest.
These days I build tiny tools that solve real problems for real people, and I write about what I learn along the way. Nothing here is designed to go viral. It's designed to be useful.
"Build for one person first. If that person is you, even better."
On focus"Simple tools beat complex suites. Every feature you add is a promise you have to keep."
On building"Quiet work compounds. Loud launches fade."
On consistency"The first version should embarrass you a little."
